1.原理說明

儀(yi)器(qi)分為主回路和輔(fu)回路兩個回路,主回路采(cai)用(yong)(yong)大旋鈕調節(jie),輔(fu)回路采(cai)用(yong)(yong)小(xiao)旋鈕調節(jie),主回路通過面(mian)板上(shang)“輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)選(xuan)擇”按鍵開關控(kong)(kong)制其輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)各(ge)種量,并且(qie)每切換一種輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)同時,儀(yi)器(qi)上(shang)的(de)數(shu)字(zi)電壓(ya)/電流表可自動監視其輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)值。輔(fu)回路通過輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)開關控(kong)(kong)制直(zhi)接調節(jie)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu),測(ce)量可外附萬用(yong)(yong)表測(ce)量。

1.1主回路原理

1.2輔回路

與主(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)一(yi)樣,AC220V電(dian)源經保險進入(ru)雙(shuang)碳刷調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器T1小旋鈕(niu)調(diao)(diao)節的電(dian)壓(ya)量,通過隔離變壓(ya)器T4可直接(jie)調(diao)(diao)節輸出(chu)(chu)0-20V或0-250V交流電(dian)壓(ya)或0-350V直流電(dian)壓(ya),此回(hui)路(lu)額定電(dian)流為1A。按下輔回(hui)路(lu)“輸出(chu)(chu)控制(zhi)”開關(guan),調(diao)(diao)節小旋鈕(niu)即(ji)可輸出(chu)(chu)。

1.3測量回路

    由大旋鈕調節(jie)的主(zhu)回(hui)路輸出(chu)量交流“0-250V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”、“0-100A”,直流“0-350V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”通(tong)過設備內(nei)線路板上(shang)繼電器(qi)轉換(huan),每切換(huan)一個檔(dang),便函可(ke)監(jian)視所對應的輸出(chu)量。其中(zhong)“0-500mA”檔(dang)包括(kuo)在(zai)(zai)“0-10A”檔(dang)中(zhong)。使(shi)用時,在(zai)(zai)“0-10A”兩下即是“0-500mA”監(jian)視。

1.4時間測量

    設備(bei)內(nei)置(zhi)6位數顯(xian)秒表(biao)(biao),電秒表(biao)(biao)可(ke)內(nei)部啟(qi)動(dong)(dong),也可(ke)外部啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)。內(nei)部啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)時,按下“輸出(chu)控制”開(kai)關,即可(ke)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)秒表(biao)(biao),通(tong)過接點短接設備(bei)面板上停(ting)表(biao)(biao)端子即可(ke)停(ting)止秒表(biao)(biao)。秒表(biao)(biao)單獨設有(you)電源開(kai)關,不(bu)用時可(ke)將秒表(biao)(biao)關掉。

1.5聲光提示

    電(dian)(dian)路(lu)設(she)備內置聲(sheng)(sheng)光(guang)提示(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu),在被(bei)測斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)接(jie)點(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)時,可將接(jie)點(dian)(dian)接(jie)入試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)聲(sheng)(sheng)光(guang)提示(shi)(shi)插(cha)孔,試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)內發出報(bao)警(jing)聲(sheng)(sheng)或發光(guang),提示(shi)(shi)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)接(jie)點(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)情況。

1.使(shi)用前的(de)檢查或(huo)準備

   儀器使用(yong)前(qian)應(ying)先進(jin)行外觀檢查(cha),并將三芯電(dian)源線接地(di)(di)端可靠接地(di)(di),然后(hou)儀器試通(tong)電(dian),此時兩表(biao)頭應(ying)為亮(liang)態,試開(kai)秒(miao)表(biao)電(dian)源開(kai)關,秒(miao)表(biao)開(kai)關應(ying)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)。用(yong)手(shou)觸按“輸出(chu)選(xuan)擇(ze)”按鈕開(kai)關,輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態狀(zhuang)態指示燈應(ying)自左向(xiang)右選(xuan)擇(ze)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)。

2.主回路(lu)電壓輸出操(cao)作(zuo)

   將(jiang)輸出(chu)狀態選擇(ze)在“AC0-250V”檔,按下(xia)試驗箱(xiang)右下(xia)角主回(hui)路“輸出(chu)控制開關”,緩慢調(diao)節(jie)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)大旋鈕,此(ci)時電壓(ya)/電流(liu)(liu)表應有“0-250V”交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電壓(ya)顯示。要(yao)輸出(chu)“DC0-350V”,將(jiang)輸出(chu)狀態選擇(ze)在“DC0-350V”檔,調(diao)節(jie)方法同上。

3.主回路電流輸出(chu)操作

   將輸出狀態選(xuan)擇在“AC0-10A”檔,按下主回(hui)路(lu)“輸出控制開關”緩慢調(diao)節壓(ya)器(qi)大旋(xuan)鈕,此時,電(dian)壓(ya)/電(dian)流(liu)(liu)表應有“0-10A”電(dian)流(liu)(liu)顯(xian)示,其(qi)他電(dian)流(liu)(liu)調(diao)節類同此方法。

4.輔回路輸出操作

   按下輔(fu)回(hui)路“輸(shu)出控(kong)制”開(kai)關,緩慢調節小旋鈕,在(zai)輔(fu)回(hui)路輸(shu)出端子上(shang)即有AC“0-20V”、“0-250V”、DC“0-350V”輸(shu)出,此輸(shu)出不在(zai)電壓/電流表監視(shi)。

5.使用方法舉例

5.1電(dian)壓繼(ji)電(dian)器吸(xi)合及(ji)釋放試(shi)驗(yan)

   先將(jiang)儀器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)處于準備狀(zhuang)態,被試繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)線圈接至(zhi)對應電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)端(duan)子上(shang),按下“輸出(chu)控制(zhi)”開關,緩(huan)慢(man)調節大(da)旋鈕,使輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)平穩上(shang)升,至(zhi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)吸(xi)合(he)時,記錄(lu)吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),再反(fan)方向調節大(da)旋鈕,至(zhi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)釋放,記錄(lu)下釋放電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),據此可算出(chu)被試繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)返回(hui)系數。如被試繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為過電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),則(ze)反(fan)方向進(jin)行。

5.2電(dian)流繼電(dian)器整定(ding)值試驗(yan)

   將被試繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器從線路上解除(chu),接(jie)至本儀(yi)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出端子(zi)上,選擇(ze)合適的輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)檔,比如“0-10A”或“0-100A”檔,按(an)下“輸(shu)出控(kong)制”開關,緩慢調(diao)節大旋(xuan)鈕至繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器動作,觀察電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓/電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表數(shu)值,判斷繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器動作情況。

5.3時(shi)(shi)間(jian)繼電(dian)器(qi)延時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)的測定

   將被試(shi)繼電(dian)器接(jie)至(zhi)輸(shu)出端子上(根(gen)據(ju)繼電(dian)器要(yao)求(qiu)確定(ding)工作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)為交流(liu)或直流(liu)),調至(zhi)額(e)定(ding)動(dong)作(zuo)值,停電(dian)復(fu)原。秒(miao)表(biao)此時(shi)(shi)應接(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan)并(bing)清(qing)零,被試(shi)繼電(dian)器延(yan)時(shi)(shi)動(dong)合觸點接(jie)至(zhi)停表(biao)端上,按下(xia)“輸(shu)出控制”開(kai)關,繼電(dian)器線(xian)圈得到額(e)定(ding)工作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya),并(bing)同時(shi)(shi)啟動(dong)秒(miao)表(biao),待延(yan)時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)過后,秒(miao)表(biao)計數停止,此時(shi)(shi)秒(miao)表(biao)所示數字即為該時(shi)(shi)間(jian)繼電(dian)器的延(yan)時(shi)(shi)閉合時(shi)(shi)間(jian),若要(yao)測延(yan)時(shi)(shi)釋放時(shi)(shi)則原理同前,實際接(jie)線(xian)反之。

5.4中間繼電器(qi)試驗(帶(dai)保持(chi)線圈)

  確(que)定(ding)被試繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)何(he)種動(dong)作(zuo)形式(shi)(電(dian)壓或電(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作(zuo)),何(he)種保(bao)(bao)持(chi)形式(shi)(電(dian)壓或電(dian)流(liu)保(bao)(bao)持(chi))。以電(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓保(bao)(bao)持(chi)為(wei)例(直流(liu)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)),選擇好直流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)檔(0-500mA或0-10A),按下(xia)“輸(shu)出(chu)控制”開關(guan),緩慢(man)調節大旋(xuan)鈕(niu)至(zhi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)作(zuo),記(ji)下(xia)動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu),再(zai)把輔回路輸(shu)出(chu)接至(zhi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)線圈端(duan),緩慢(man)調節小旋(xuan)鈕(niu)至(zhi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)額(e)定(ding)值,記(ji)下(xia)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)電(dian)壓值,根據(ju)動(dong)作(zuo)或保(bao)(bao)持(chi)情(qing)況,判定(ding)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的好壞。

3.輔回路和主回路每次只(zhi)能(neng)輸出(chu)其中的一(yi)種量。
